Return process
In the event of a return / exchange / defective product / recall, please note the following:

Returns
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason and to return the goods to us. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Please proceed as follows:

1. If you would like to return something, please notify us via your customer account at "vonloewen.com". There you can look at your order and select ‘return items’. If you placed your order as a guest, you can log in via the following link using your order number and the email address: https://vonloewen.com/returns.

2. Select the item you wish to return and indicate the reason for returning the item. You can now submit the return information.

3. Finally, please print out the return document and attach it to the package. The returns process is thus initiated and you can return your package with sufficient stamps to cover the postage to the following address:

Return policy:
- Returns must be requested and sent within 14 days. We do not accept returns after these 14 days;
- The goods must be in original condition - in the original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers -;
- VON LOEWEN assumes no responsibility for lost items during the return.

Refund of the purchase price:
We will reimburse the amount for your first order using the respective means of payment as used for the order within a maximum of 14 working day. You will be notified of the exact status of your return via email.

Exchange
Please note that a direct exchange is not possible. If you would still like to purchase a different product, then we kindly ask you to place a new order via the shop.

Defective product
