ORDER & SHIPPING

Can I change my order?
As soon as an order was placed, we neither can change the ordered products nor the selected number of products.
In this case, we recommend contacting us and to cancel the incorrect order.
Subsequently, we recommend placing a new order containing the correct article(s).
When will I receive my delivery?
We want you to receive your delivery as soon as possible.
After successfully placing your order, our team will process it on the next working day. This involves picking, packing and shipping.
Usually, you will receive your delivery within 3-5 working days. There will be no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
Please note that our delivery times (3-5 working days) are just estimates. External events beyond our control can unpredictably change these estimated delivery times.
“External events” involve the following but are not restricted to: Extreme weather conditions, technical faults, delays in customs etc.
Please also note that the delivery times can be extended during advertising campaigns.
I received the wrong product – what should I do?
If you receive a package not containing the product you have ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do anything possible to correct our mistake.
I haven’t received my package yet – what should I do?
If you have received a tracking number, please contact DHL directly. DHL will be able to provide you with further information concerning the delivery status.
If you haven’t received a tracking number, please contact us and we immediately troubleshoot the problem.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been scanned in a DHL sorting plant, you will receive an e-mail from DHL containing the tracking information of your package.
In order to track the package, simply use the tracking number that can be found on the official DHL website.
Is the shipping free of charge?
- DHL Within Germany, Austria, Switerland : 3,95 €1
- DHL Europe-wide: 9,95 €
- DHL worldwide: 14,90 €
1From an order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver within Germany, Austria and Switzerland shipments free of cost.
Was my order placement successful?
As soon as a customer places an order, there are a number of verification stages in order to provide our customers with the greatest possible security.
If your order placement was successful, you should receive an e-mail in the account you provided with your order. If not, please contact us and we can support you in this matter.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation via e-mail?
As soon as an order has been successfully transmitted, reviewed and processed, you should automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation by e-mail, we recommend you to contact us in order to be able to examine the problem. It is possible that your order placement was not successful.
In addition, it could be possible that the e-mail account you provided was incorrect.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT

Return
Our customers from Germany can easily send back their order within 14 days of receipt.
Please proceed as follows:

1.If you would like to return something, please notify us via your customer account at "vonloewen.com". There you can look at your order and select ‘return items’. If you placed your order as a guest, you can log in via the following link using your order number and the email address: https://vonloewen.com/en/returns

2. Select the item(s) to be sent back and assign a reason for return. Subsequently, you can submit the registration form for your return.

3. Finally, please print out the return document and attach it to the package. The returns process is thus initiated and you can return your package with sufficient stamps to cover the postage to the following address:

The purchasing costs of your order will be refunded via the respective means of payment within max 14 working days. The current status of your return can be viewed by selecting the button “my returns”. If you placed your order as a guest, you will be informed about your return status via e-mail.

Conditions of return:
- Returns have to be registered and sent back within 14 days of receipt. After these 14 days we will not accept any returns.
- The items need to be returned in their original condition.

Replacement & Defective Product
Replacement - We do not offer any replacement. However, if you want an exchange, please send back your package and reorder your desired product(s). Within the scope of such a return and reorder process, any special offers will be taken into account – please contact us for further information.

For deliveries within Germany, you can choose between the following payment options:

Further details for payment:
We reserve the right to execute the delivery only upon payment in advance, i.e. by bank transfer, on a case-by-case basis. When paying by invoice, the invoice amount has to be transferred within 14 days.

PRODUCT INFORMATION - WATCH

Is my watch waterproof?
All VON LOEWEN watches are waterproof to 5 ATM. We recommend avoiding any contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch while showering, bathing, swimming and diving or any activity during which the watch is directly exposed to water. Please note that water damages are not covered by our 24 months guarantee.
 What is the watch made of? 
  • Our silver watches are made of stainless steel (316L)
  • Our rose gold watches possess a core made of stainless steel (316L) covered by two coatings. 
  • Our matt black watches are made of stainless steel (316L) covered by two coatings.
  • The glass of the watch is made of sapphire glass.
Which kind of movement is used?
  • Our Classic Edition has a 704 quartz movement from the Swiss manufacturer Ronda.
  • Our Miss Edition has a 763 quartz movement from the Swiss manufacturer Ronda.

PRODUCT INFORMATION - STRAP

Can I wash my strap?
  • Leather strap – We recommend not to wash the leather strap. Any contact with water dries out the strap and could damage it. We recommend using only cleaning products that are suited for the care of genuine leather.
  • NATO strap – Prior to cleaning, always remove the strap from the watch. Carefully brush the strap with hand warm water containing a mild detergent. Place it flat on a towel and let it air dry.
  • Mesh strap – For the optimal cleaning of your mesh strap, we recommend using a mixture of water and a mild detergent. With the help of a soft toothbrush and cotton swabs you can reach the spots which are difficult to access. Afterwards, dry off the strap using a soft cloth.

Is the leather strap made of genuine leather?
  • The leather straps of all our watches are entirely made out of genuine Italian calfskin.
As leather is an organic material, all straps vary in their grain and texture. Changes in color that may occur after time and regular use are an entirely natural process of high-quality leather.
What is the NATO strap made of?
  • Our NATO strap is made of polyester.
What is the mesh strap made of?
  • Our mesh strap is made of stainless steel.
